Flatbread Catering - Mobile Oven

Jess and her staff were amazing. From our first phone conversation to meeting Jess in person to go over our wedding plan I knew that I was in the best hands possible! We immediately clicked! She helped me with planning out the layout at our venue to ensure there would be a good flow to the wedding and make a cozy atmosphere for our guests which was something I was completely clueless about. She was also full of great ideas for decor and menu to keep up with the look I was going for for our wedding day. Being foodies ourselves we wanted to serve our guests a meal that they would remember and that would reflect the kind of food my husband and I love to eat...and Jess helped us accomplish that goal! The food was unbelievable...all of our guests had happy and full tummies to get them through the night and several people have told me the pizzas we picked were some of the most delicious they have ever had! The day of our wedding was sunny, then rainy, then sunny and then rainy and Jess and her staff stayed outside by the oven making sure the food was hot and ready the whole evening. They were flexible and worked so hard through all the crazy weather and a few last minute changes to our wedding schedule. I cannot thank Jess and her staff for helping make our day the incredible and perfect day that it was. I feel like I made a new friend in Jess and cannot begin to recommend her work enough having the mobile pizza oven at your wedding will make your day extra special and memorable!
