    All time favorite restaurant. I grew up in the area and was always my first pick for out to dinner night. When I moved to FL the only place I missed was Tokyo! I would not change one thing! Love this restaurant so glad to be back in Salem!

    Maybe Hibachi is over. This is the second Hibachi place I've been to in the last six months that was old, grimy and lackluster. The food was excellent, but the interior didn't match the food. Our chef didn't even try to entertain but the other chefs were having fun. Maybe he was having a bad day.

    Japan is bright, airy and green. Please, if you can, bring some of that in.

    This was my first time...not going to be my last. The whole experience was 10 stars never mind 5. Must take many years of training to do what they do there. I was mesmerized. Lobster Tail is the way to go. The shrimp was delicious as well. Vegetables were to die for and the service along with presentation...omg...I loved it

    SIT AT THE SUSHI BAR! I’m a sushi lover and this is the best sushi around. The chefs are very talented and personable. Customer service is excellent. It’s recently become my ‘happy hour” joint because the food and drinks are super cheap!
