Wayback Burgers

Food is amazing and wonderful! I honestly love this place so god damn much! The service is excellent as well and very polite and fast with orders.

Had a grilled chicken BLT, it was great. Also had Cajun tots which were awesome! Only downfall was that they didn't know how to give me my rewards credit for my purchase but that was corrected through their customer service support! We will be back!

The food is typically good except it is a bit greasy. The service is okay at best. I ordered a milkshake and they brought it out in the container they mixed it in which was a mess. They only had two workers and they were both texting in the back room the whole time. It's a cute place but it is expensive and often is not worth the money.

I went to the location near Jay G's. This one specifically was okay for me. The burgers do turn out a little more greasy than usual. It tastes as greasy as it looks but it's not horrible. I like that it's a thin patty. The brioche buns are good and you can actually taste the cheese. I got the Philly which good. Filling for the size that it was and a plate of fries. The restaurant itself just needs a little more TLC from the staff but otherwise, it's decent for what it is if you want a burger and ice cream.

It happened to be quiet when we went here, not what I expected for noontime on a sunny Sunday. My husband and I both ordered burgers, but we're both very specific about what we want on them, and both of our orders were made correctly. This doesn't always happen everywhere we go. The staff was very pleasant, and brought our food to our table, which was a nice touch in a burger place. The fountain beverage selection had more than just soda, another bonus. The restaurant was very clean and well kept, including the restroom. The only issue I had with the restroom was that it was a little dark and could use a little more light. My husband noticed as we were leaving that they not only have fresh cut fries (which were very good), but they do fresh cut potato chips. I think I'll be trying those soon!
