New favorite brunch spot!!! Fantastic, professional and kind staff. The food is even better. The cocktails are phenomenal! My favorite is the strawberry guava chilcano! Wicked strong and wicked delicious. They also have really good lattes! Hop makes the best lattes, make sure to ask for Hop. Love love love this new restaurant. 10/10 will be coming here OFTEN!

Unique concept of the fusion brunch menus! The place was packed with people so the anticipation for this brunch place opening was real. The menus tasted very good, although the portions were relatively small to the price. The pork in the bao buns were kind of dry and hard to chew but the overall flavor was yummy. The bubble waffle was lovely with the small fruit salad on top. The shakshouka would have been more filling if it had either more protein to it or more naan on the side as other than the one egg in it, it was mostly sauce so more like salsa. Definitely want to try the other menu items, especially the ones that people are saying were very good.

If I could give this wonderful eatery more than five stars I would. We happened by on their "soft opening" and I have to say, if that was a soft opening, I can only imagine how amazing they'll be when they're "official."
I treated myself to a remarkable eggs benny that made me swoon from the first bite. The poached eggs on olive bread topped with a piquant olive spread were made even more sumptuous by the richest hollandaise and perfectly crispy Serrano ham bits. I highly recommend the house blend POG (pineapple, orange, and guava) juice.
My partner was equally enamored with the plantain and carnitas hash, with savory pulled pork, black beans, and plantains. He appreciated adding a unique hot sauce with Scotch bonnet peppers and ginger.
We had the crispy pork belly for an appetizer, which gave us a fabulous preface of what was to come, along with house water, infused with citrus.
The decor is simple, cozy, and welcoming and children are happily welcome, as reflected by two fun chair swings, books, and fun menu items. (Saw the table next to us order the tiramisu waffle and WOW!)
Our server was warm and friendly, as was the entire staff, and the new owner even stopped by the table to say hello. We were quick to share our enthusiasm for the fantastic food.
If you're going to be in Dover, this is a must.

My husband and I hurried to the soft opening this morning and had a diverse and delicious brunch! I had the Hong Kong Bubble Waffle (naturally gluten free) which was a fun combination of crunch and soft center with colorful tapioca bubbles and tiny chunks of fruits. My husband had the plantain and carnitas hash and loved it. The owner, Kristen (not sure how to spell her name) stopped by to check on us. I have Celiac Disease and my server notified the kitchen to be extra careful. Gallivant over to Dover and eat with gusto!

Gorgeously global cuisine in a warm, chic setting! Staff was extraordinarily friendly and attentive, and we cannot wait to go back.
