Stalk

Made it in here before covid and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Everything was quick, fresh and delicious. Staff was super friendly. Will 100% be back.

Stalk is back and they didn't skip a beat! After being shut down for months like all the other restaurants, then a short stint of take out only, they are open for outdoor dining and we are so glad. We went tonight and had fantastic meals of Pan Fried Flounder and Huli Huli Ribs (a dish full of flavors featuring pork ribs cooked to perfection). Then we had one of the most unique and delicious desserts I've ever had, Cream Cheese Tamales which was corn based. And even with the current restrictions and limitations on the restaurants right now, this was truly a pleasant dining experience. China on the table, french press coffee, great service all made for a great evening. Thank you Stalk for bringing something special to your little corner in Dover.

Exquisite! Legitimately the best new restaurant I have visited in years. Apps and drinks were simply amazing, staff was friendly and attentive, atmosphere was awesome. I’m at a loss for words to describe how delicious our entrees were. Everything about Stalk was incredible, can confidently say I’ve found a new favorite.

Incredible new addition to Dover! The food is creative and delicious. The portions were perfect. Cocktails were executed perfectly. It was busy and our server was still very attentive. You could tell that everyone on staff was working hard to make sure that all of their guests were having a wonderful experience. Well done! No doubt we will be back again and again.

This place had a really classy and fresh atmosphere, with fun decor. The food options were unique and absolutely delicious. They had options for all different types of dietary needs, including Gluten free, vegetarian and Vegan. I really was surprised by how much I loved it, and have been thinking about going back soon!
