The Sassy Biscuit Co.

I wanted to love this place, but it's just OK. When you enter, you get the trendy feel of a city coffeeshop, including the fruit flies. We were greeted and seated in a fair amount of time for a busy day. When you are done deciding what your going to eat, you'll need to go to the counter to order. It's an OK experience but there are better breakfast places in town with the same food quality and a cozier feel. The prices aren't in line with the quality of food or the portion sizes. Dover has plenty of mediocre eating experiences that are better. Hopefully next time I go back it will have changed.

The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and professional. The Mac and cheese is amazing. You guys might want to make the size of the home fries bigger.. they are very small pieces a tend to be a slight choking hazard, especially with the older patrons. Also if you changed to a bone-in chicken breast it would stay juicier and more tender for the ride home. Other than that.. it's Amazing !

Hands down the best breakfast I have ever had. Shrimp and grits and the chantilly cream biscuit were out of bounds. The staff is so friendly and I loved the unique names for the items. Definitely recommend

We had our order delivered so I can't comment on what it's like going there but the food was top notch. The waffles we're the best I've ever had. They came with some kind of flavored spread and a whipped butter that was great. It was kind of hard understanding what I was going to get ordering through Door Dash so I'm not sure what it was, but all the food was high quality, interesting and delicious.

Food was very good but the portion to price ratio left a lot to be desired. I got the Johnson Style, which was one egg, one biscuit, rice with sausage gravy for 10.50. it was very tasty but one small biscuit??

They also employ "select your own table style" seating which personally I'm not a fan of, it gives a real demolition derby type atmosphere. I'd rather wait and know I'm getting a table outside than have to see what people in front of me are doing. We ended up having to sit at a table that was not bussed yet so it was a little bit unsettling sitting there during QT times.
