Awesome food and ambience! The patio is gorgeous on a beautiful night and the fire place in the tavern will keep you warm all winter long!

My lamb osso buco was unbelievable. Also very good were the crab cakes, peanut butter pie, and my wife's paella. Service was pleasant but slow. Atmosphere in the pub was very comfortable.

The downstairs pub is cozy. Good menu and rotating specials. Trivia on certain nights. Great beer taps. Food can come out a little over done at times.

It's a rustic building with some modern upgrades in the rooms, but the noise from doors closing is something like I've never heard before. It's possible that we experienced the heavy noise because it was a busy college graduation weekend, but if you require a quiet night for sleep, we did not get that experience here. The staff was excellent and they have a nice outdoor patio for food/drinks, but the amount of noise the closing doors in the inn make is something I've literally never experienced before. I would still recommended checking it out, as we may have been unlucky, and it certainly wouldn't hurt to go enjoy an appetizer and a drink on the patio!

We had a sort of departmental meeting there. It was great place for such an occasion. We had fried chicken, fried calamari, and oysters. I also had clam chowder and I was very impressed by the texture, the thickness of the soup, and the amount of clams in there. I guess other clam chowders that I had in the past were sort of diluted version of this. Because of the quality, you might think the soup is a bit more pricier than in other places.
