Burger King

As far as fast food goes, Burger King is my favorite. The Rochester restaurant is my local restaurant, so it is where I go. Not real sure about the inside, as I almost always go through the drive thru. Food is always on point, and the staff has always been nice.

Service was good, which isn't typical of most Burger King restaurants, food not so much, ordered the chicken parmesan with onion rings, received spicy chicken parm with fries, they replaced the fries for me, but I didn't go back about the spicy chicken. The ketchup dispenser was empty, no salt and pepper available unless you asked. Place looked pretty dirty as well. Don't think I'll be stopping there again. As a side note some guy rode up on a bicycle, entered the restaurant with a bat in hand, was acting weird, nothing seemed to come of it, but also nothing was done about the fact he had a bat.

I'm not keen on reviews like this, but here goes. The general cleanliness of this particular Burger King has gone downhill. I like their burgers better than McDonald's, but the age of this establishment is showing. It's rather sad, when considering it's a worldwide Co. As always though, the people are nice, and the menu is all-encompassing. Another thing I've noticed in general, but not about Burger King in particular, is the fact that everyone is looking for help, and no one wants to work.
