(April 23, 2022, 5:41 pm)We stopped in to check out the newly opened Independence Inn during their soft opening. Cozy, inviting atmosphere, Friendly and welcoming staff! We enjoyed some excellent artisan cocktails and sampled a couple of dishes, one small plate of local salami, fresh made sweet pickles and crostinis with spicy mustard and one medium plate with delicious dumplings and chicken. We can't wait to sample more of the creative menu! Great place for a date night!
