Balthazar's Ice Shack

On a hot summer's day while out riding motorcycles we came across Balthazar's ice shack. It was the perfect place to sit by the cool river that runs past the property and to eat some wonderful ice cream. Highly recommended especially on a hot day.

Amazing!! My friend and I had shaved iced. We had tigers blood and pina colada. Great spot, the owners are warm and welcoming. Would recommend!! ?

I'm addicted to this little getaway. Between what I've eaten and those I've been with we have gone through most of the menu. These people care about their food. Then just when you get done eating you notice the large list of ice cream.
As far as comfort you can't get better, wood stove for cool and winter days, umbrella over the tables and down by the true babbling brook are benches rocks and chairs. They invite you to splash and sit in the water - great for a hot day. With milkweed in the area you get to see the butterflies traveling between that and their own flowers.

Nice spot to stop. Hot food, Cold Drinks and Yummy Ice Cream. Beautiful creekside seating and an opportunity to get your toes wet if you want.

Super friendly people serving ice cream, sliders, fries and soda out of a shack by the road. The magical part is the beautiful stream that runs next to the shack that you can sit in while you enjoy your food.
