Playground Pier

This is a good place to cool off indoors and to relax and watch the water or beach. Unfortunately, the places to eat or shop are very limited and seem to be getting more limited with time. Theres a lot of opportunity with a scenic spot like this on the boardwalk that's being missed I think. At that, get something to eat or drink on the boardwalk then head here to relax and cool off for a bit. There are free, accessible restrooms as well.

Quaint area to take a short rest while on the boardwalk has a nice view of the beach and water below. Used to have sand within the rest areas but they've since taken it out. Restaurants right behind the seating area, sit down only if memory serves correct!

My favorite type of mall: nearly abandoned with about 95% of the businesses gone. No one to annoy you. Definitely a great place to go when the zombie apocalypse happens.
Bonus: superb view of the beach from the top floor.

Very nice place I was able to sit and relax while looking over the ocean. I hope that its a bit more lively when warmer weather comes, it was pretty empty. Also it would be nice if it opened before 11pm.

Was mostly closed when I visited, a bit late at night and in the off season. Seems nice for the most part. Eager to find out what it's like in the summer. Some empty store fronts would be filled up I'm sure. Hang in there.
