Kook Burger

Took my grandmother for dinner and we quickly agreed that this place is a perfect addition to our island! Better than 5 guys and Margate burger bar! We each had a burger, shared the truffle fries and a shake and everything was delicious. The generous portion of fries was perfectly cooked and the brioche roll paired well with the smash style burger. You can even see the attention to detail in the way the burger is wrapped and packaged. Had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners as they were hard at work in the kitchen. He was so kind and appreciative. We will absolutely be back.

Again, I wish Google would have half stars as a rating bc I'd rate Kook Burger at a 4.5. If you're getting a burger I'd recommend getting the double as the singles are a little on the smaller side. Also, the Truffle Fries were pretty garlicky. With that being said the burger was VERY tasty and the owner was super friendly and enthusiastic! For those reasons I'm going with a 5 star and I will definitely visit again!))

Burger meat was nice n light. Over cooked but I good flavor. Bun was nice and light. Onion Rings were way over cooked so we only ate 1/3 of our order. French fries were look warm at best and on the soggy side. Didn’t have a shake nor did I see anyone pay $30 for the shake but like the concept of the freaky shake but honestly that was popular 5 years ago, not so much today. Was really hoping for a great Burger joint on the island, so I will go back one more time to see if I get the same results.

My son and I were in Brigantine for an overnight stay at my sister’s house like we frequently do, my sister suggested we try and I’m so glad we did!!! Amazing burgers!! Food was hot, delicious and I love the to go packaging. Staff was friendly and kind all smiles and did I say the food was delicious. Before we left the next day we stopped on our way out for another round!!! Brigantine u outdid yourself with Kook Burger! Such a great addition to the island.
