He's very active in keeping the establishment active with live bands and other activities.
the word menu offers a great selection of Diversified Indian foods, and you can order whatever you can think of basically. There are at least a half-dozen which seems like scrumptious lamb dinners with various recipes, that I myself cannot wait to try. It's very worth at least trying to place once and it feel like it, you will be back. The bartenders are a tentative and as quick as possible even with a full bar. Worth trying it out.
