Bahay Kubo

I haven't had a chance to actually go to their location, but I have had their sisig.

Hands down the best sisig I have ever had. Completely authentic and the food is made with love. This place is highly recommended and I can't wait to to be back in the area to eat this food again.

Their food taste like a homecooked meal. Simple but flavorful. Sisig and braised beef have both been great. Dont forget to take home some puto pao too !

You can tell that Bahay Kubo is passion project. From the enthusiastic service to the lovely wall board that describes the meaning of the name, the humble strip mall store front offers a refreshingly well presented and organized take on home-style Filipino. The pork belly I had was crisp on the top and moist in the center, and the vinegary sauce it was paired with perfectly complimented the fatty, salty meat! Will absolutely be back to try the hot bar.

Delicious food, staff is friendly, restaurant is clean, and great prices!
