Saladworks

Customer service is great. The salads are very good. Green goddess is my absolute favorite dressing.

I rlly love the workers, they’re all so nice and kind. And they’re very patient with me as well. And there always someone there to help.

I work at a local business in extremely close proximity to this Saladworks. Always enjoy friendly service from Anita and salads are normally meet expectations.

Things have changed over the last several years. We are now charged $5 delivery fee. They no longer have in-house drivers and those who do deliver, look like they’ve just rolled out of bed.

Attempted to redeem buy one, get one half off offer, which my phone app indicates ran from 2/14 to 2/17. It didn’t work, employee thought it was just for 2/14, and another employee said it should work. They had to manually input.

Majority of employees are friendly but seemed stressed. Perhaps manager should look at staffing vs. volume.
