Red Lobster

Our waiter was friendly, generous with the cheddar biscuits, and even sent us home with free brownies. The food itself was good, but not really good like I remember in years past and I honestly was disappointed in the lobster bisque. Thought it used to have pieces of lobster and more texture, but this time it reminded me of Bookbinders out of the can (which is fine if that's what you're paying for). Overall, still a nice meal!

Haven't been to Red Lobster in a long time and I must say the experience had its pros and cons. First let me say our waitress, her name was Lex was very professional despite being the only one waiting an entire dining area by herself. She made sure all of her customers had what they needed and was prompt and thorough with service. The food was also very good at this location. My issue with this visit was this young lady was an excellent worker, but how can you keep great staff if they don't have more help. I honestly don't see how she kept up with the volume of costumers. I observed another waiter in another dining room cover an entire dining area the same as our waitress by himself. Kudos to the servers, but management you must do better! Hire more staff!

Now when I go in Res Lobster I request to be in Chris's section. He is fast effective and friendly.... Outstanding in fact. The food be the way I like it and he makes me feel like I can eat there often. We also request Maddy, she's awesome as well. Friendly fast and efficient. Very knowledgeable about the menu. They both are great.

Went with my son for lunch. We were seated quickly, the restaurant was clean and the service and food were very good. Would definitely come back next time we are in the area.
