Outstanding pizza! Friendly staff...

My brother and I decided to split this pie and we were not disappointed. The sauce was rich and tasty. The cheeses were blended beautifully and did not easily slide off the slice to create a mess. The seasoning really added to the flavor profile. The bottom of the pizza was crispy and the crust was fluffy. The bread used for the base and the crust is noticeably different than what I am used to seeing as crust. It was fluffier and tasted more like a freshly baked bread. I thought it was a little bland for my taste, but overall did not take away from the greatness of the pizza.

The atmosphere is rustic and country. Tables were large tree trunks glossed over and polished nicely. The eating area was large and could fit a decent sized dinner party. There was fancier glassware on the side, which gave me the impression that a group could enjoy a more formal dinner at this establishment. This eatery also has its own bakery and offers artisan breads, pastries and other deserts. Overall, the meal was pleasant and I would like to take my girlfriend back here one night if I ever return to the area.

Ricca Brothers has the most delicious pizza I've ever eaten! I tell everyone I know about your place and your yummy food. The service is just as fantastic. Everyone is always smiling and happy to see and help you. A GREAT family atmosphere!!
