Cafe Bru

Tiny new comfy and immaculately clean coffee and pastry shop run by a welcoming husband (baker) and wife (barista) team is a real gem waiting to be discovered. The hot and cold coffee and tea beverages and freshly baked pastries (both sweet and savory) are all amazing! The regular iced coffee may be the best in the area (very smooth with no bitterness), and combined with a spinach and feta flatbread (or perhaps something sweet), your day is off to a great start. (They open at 6 a.m.) While Tilton Rd. and the immediate vicinity have plenty of early morning options, do yourself a favor: skip the chains one morning and give Cafe Bru a try - support a new local business and treat yourself right while doing it.

Popped in to this cute little cafe before they had even officially opened and the owners were so sweet and gave me an iced coffee on the house! Delicious coffee and amazing customer service. Can’t wait to visit again now that they’re officially open!

Edit: I’ve been back a few times now! Everything has been great. I’ve had iced coffee, and iced latte, and iced mocha and all has been delicious and customer service is amazing. Support this local business!

Great new place in town! Fresh baked goods- croissants, muffins, brownies, cookies, etc. all made fresh on premises. SO SO many drink selections. Cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, you name it, they make it! Lovely, lovely owners too. I’ll be coming back on a regular basis!
