Playa Bowls

Customer service was great. The ladies behind the counter were very thorough to make sure they got my order correct. They were very friendly and pleasant.

(last time took longer but it's FRUIT so I UNDERSTAND lol)

I am sharing this because I saw some 1-star reviews about this place from other people, and I was surprised because I’ve been here before and the bowls were great- so I was like, what’s wrong??
I decided to walk in, order two bowls to go, and walk them where I’m staying a few minutes away. It’s 85 degrees today in July.
The server was helpful in suggesting a new flavor when I was indecisive. They offered me a sample of the banana bowl base, and I got the Nica Bowl. I also got the Tropical Bowl (pictured).
As you can see, the bowl did NOT melt when I took it home. The slices of fruit were thin and small making it easier to enjoy. My mom loves the açaí Tropical Bowl.
And the Nica Bowl??! OMGGG I LOVE it. I'm actually eating the entire thing in one sitting.

Mistakes happen, but I don’t think a place deserves a 4.6 or whatever because someone couldn’t find the right door or brings something frozen to a BEACH and blames the restaurant for it MELTING.

I also took pictures of the interior because it's so nice and they preserved the "vibes" of the designers before it. 😎👍

Stopped by because Ive never had these before and I'm always looking to try something new. I got the Almond Joy Chia Bowl and my daughter got the Dolce Smoothie. Both were made with fresh ingredients and were really tasty without being over sweet. Parking on the street and a parking lot around the corner. For the price, it was a surprising amount of food, a bowl is a meal. My kid loved smoothie and it's a lot healthier.

I grabbed two drinks before work. They just opened in the neighborhood. The juice was delicious. Got a smoothie for my coworker. Only complaint, the smoothie sat in the window for a long time because it took a long time to make the juice. By the time it got to my coworker I think it was warm. I'm sure timing issues will get figured out after a while. Loved it.
