Apparantly truckers have a problem with loading and unloading. However the burgers are really really good, i like a little crisp on mine and these crisp up perfectly and have a great burger flavor like the burgers i had growing up in the 70s. We like them topped with avacado and wrapped in romaine for low carb dinner. They are worth a try!!

I am very picky about meat products. I usually go to my local butcher and he'll grind some serloin or Chuck depending on what I want. The food industry is based on $$$ like every business. A lot of businesses don't care what they feed you. (I'm in the food industry and I see too much) fortunately my employer is ethical.
Ive been eyeing these burgers for a while, labor day weekend I decided to pull the switch. These burgers we're very delicious.

My concerns are:
Why didn't the beef turn color like normal chop meat does. Fresh ground chop meat discolors quickly.
This meat stayed pink for almost 2 days. How many cattle go into the making of one burger? I'm sure you know when you eat fast food the burger you're eating is the product of 100's of cows, and yes some can be very sick.

Maybe it's time to stop eating meat.
Chicken is worse.

In the end these burgers we're very good. I wouldn't eat them medium rare (like I like) and would cook them though.

May I suggest that reviews for this business be separated into retail buyers and commercial interests? I came here looking for reviews on the taste and quality of the meat. I found a few of those but had to wade through several reviews of how difficult it is for trucks to pick up or make deliveries.
