(August 30, 2018, 5:33 pm)I ordered a platter for an event and spoke with one of their the workers and set it up for a Saturday pickup for an event. When I showed up to pick it up there was no order and I was told no record of it being there. But the staff member did her best to get it done in about 20 mins and the manager gave me a 10 percent discount so 3stars and not 1

They go above and byond with their service and always deliver quality on thier food, which ranges from wings, fries, and of course subs just to name a few. If all Blimpies where like this one, the other sub shop chains would be hurting big time!
