There charred octopus for appetizer is so tender and well seasoned even the string potato that comes with it is so flavorful! I also love their Emma burger it wasn't dry even tho I asked for medium well (cause of pregnancy) the doneness is on point and good flavor too and their fries is good even without ketchup. We're so glad Emma is back!

AMAZING FRENCH TOAST. I was in heaven. Also amazing food in general, nice decor, very nice staff. Owner goes out of his way to make sure he is giving you the best. Very customer oriented which I appreciate.

I visited Emma Bistro on its first night after waiting excitedly for weeks for it to open and I was not disappointed. From the flavorful empanadas and charred octopus to the perfectly cooked seared tuna and skirt steak, the experience with the food couldn’t have been any better. To top it off, the meal was followed with wonderful Argentinian ice cream that put the cherry on top. Emma bistro is a place I cannot recommend enough. The two owners put together a lovely restaurant that not only offered great food, but a charming atmosphere that would make anyone want to come back for seconds.

We visited Emma Bistro for the first time yesterday in Edgewater. Restaurant opened a week ago and we were really pleased with the food. Their Argentinian skirt stake was tender, so well cooked and delicious!!
The owners are very attentive and , the quality of the food is amazing from appetizers, main courses and desserts. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and it has a really nice ambiance. Will highly recommend it and will definitely return.
