Update: After the incident, the manager apologized and sent out office a box of cookies. Just seeing that they cared made us feel better. As we are a surgical center, its a big hassle to leave the center and they acknowledged it

I have never experienced such stupidity until today.
Like usual, we placed our order online. I work a couple blocks away and we always order once a week...

It was raining really hard today, where I was getting multiple flood warnings.
1.5 hrs passed since I ordered food, but the food never arrived.
I call the place and a young female picks up stating that the food has been ready but the delivery guy has not shown up.
So, knowing the weather situation, I tell her that we will go pick up and will be there in 5 minutes. LITERALLY 5 minutes.
We arrive there and she tells me the delivery guy just picked it up and left with the food a minute ago. We asked her why did you let him do that when we clearly said we will be there in 5 minutes and she said uh...... i don't know... hehehehe....

WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS.
WHAT KIND OF MINDSET does she even have.
Paid tip when no delivery was made and she wasted my time to go back and forth in the pouring rain.

I will refrain from order this place. I was so furious at how she handled the situation. I knew they didnt have the best service, but this is just getting ridiculous.

Healthy and tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ashely helped me order the greatest bowl!

This is one of the best place around the area. It is not only healty but also so delicious. Stuff is so nice and friendly. Highly recommended.
