Menya Sandaime

I had stumbled across this restaurant while on a delivery for Uber Eats (I am a driver), and while I was transporting the food to the customer’s house I remember being spoken to by the amazing aroma from within the bag. Once I had dropped off the customers order safely I found myself curious and suddenly craving some ramen. I have never had ramen before aside from the “Cup of noodles” iteration we’ve all bought from the dollar store for a quick meal. But this was no dollar store ramen as I had soon learned.

From the delicious aromatic tender pork belly, to the rich and delicious broth it bathed in, every ingredient came together perfectly in my bowl and brought the biggest smile to my face. The flavor is mind blowing, and the prices are more than fair.

If I could rate them any higher than 5 stars believe that I would. Anything you will order from Menya Sandaime will surely not disappoint you or your taste buds ever.

The less crowded sister location hidden in a small plaza. Very nice and the staff is great! Try the black ramen if you have a thing for smokey notes and strong bold tastes.

Staff was really and very flavorful ramen. Got the black. Cant say it's the best in the area but cant go wrong. Solid choice if you are in the area.

If you never lived in Japan and haven’t been to top five ramen place in NYC. This place is perfect for you to start your ramen journey.
