SAZANAMI CURRY BAR

Hands down one of the best curry in the area. Highly recommend the karaage curry rice, the chicken is cooked to perfection!

The most delicious curry I've ever tasted! We travelled from Connecticut to eat in the Sazanami Curry Bar. We've been to so many curry restaurants, but this is the best we can ever find, I really enjoy the taste of curry and chicken. A+

Sazanami provides some of the most complex, beautiful, and delicious food I have ever had the pleasure of eating at a restaurant. I have been to 2 Michelin star Japanese dinners in LA, and they pale in comparison at what is offered at this humble establishment. Every time I come here, I am astonished at how much care and effort goes into these gorgeously plated dishes of curry or karaage or tamago. The chefs are very kind, the aesthetic is very pretty, and the curry is truly something special; an absolute must visit when in NJ and worth a long drive!

Side note: The green tea is very tasty, give it a try!

Take it as a compliment but this little hole in the wall have some excellent curry. Matching it up with different type of protein is delicious. My favorite is the hamburger. That medium cook with that spicy curry does the job . To me it just soak up the flavor. They have side dish to order and sushi roll. This was a great find for me.
