The bagels are freshly made and their Taylor ham well done is Perfection! As previously mentioned by others, one does have to repeat one's order to the staff. “Found this eatery on a Yelp email. My wife and I stopped by to check it out. We were not disappointed. The ambiance is low key and casual, just the way we like it, on the background you here music from our Latin culture. The host/owner Jay is friendly and attentive, he always made sure that we and other tables were taken care of. My wife ordered Pernil (Roast Pork) with rice and cassava, I got me a Cuban Sandwich. My wife's food was exquisite, tender & tasty. My Cuban Sandwich was gigantic. Full of meat, cheese, pickles, etc and a foot long, it came with crispy flavorful plantain chips. We had leftover for next day lunch. I ordered a Flan (Custard) to go, because I was way too full to fit any more food in me. That evening I tasted their Flan and it tasted a bit generic, dry and "gummy", not fresh at all. I would have given Soul Caribe a 5 Star if it wasn't for the Flan. Regardless of the Flan fiasco, I would highly recommend this fine establishment. I will definitely come back and enjoy other entrees from their menu.”

“I ordered Thanksgiving dinner Tuesday and get to the store Thanksgiving day to find out it was a "Heat and Serve" order. Take the food cold and heat it up at home. I have never heard of this and I don't have an oven yet. The staff was great and understanding. They heated up my entire order and called me when it was ready....in under an hour. The food was hot, fresh, ans tasted great. Service was outstanding. Saved Thanksgiving day. Thank you so much.”

“This place is so much better than a typical fast food spot.The meat is fresh as well as the veggies. There is an option for everyone even if you don't eat red meat. Its clean and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It's a little more expensive than say McDonald's or Burger King but well worth the quality. Also okay for small children.”

“Ok I been here multiple times. Each time I came here it’s a different experience. It’s good, then it’s bad, then it’s good again, then it’s bad again. When it’s bad it’s because some of the dancers force you to get a private room when you don’t want too. You say no and they just won’t stop asking. The last time I went this one girl did that to me. She asked and asked for a private room and I kept denying. I told her I don’t want a private room but I’ll take a dance. She was nice enough to say ok , now I know the dances are 20 dollars and it’d be nice of you to throw in a little tip right? Which was my intention. She finished the dance and was like that’ll be 100 dollars. I was like wait what?!! I asked for one dance! She was like hey now you can throw in another 100 and get a private room. You down? I was so mad. I gave her the 100 and just walked out.”
