    It's great, but please, please, please replace the plastic feet of the chairs. The steel chair leg bottoms make an AWFUL grinding, shrieking sound whenever anyone pulls them in and out, and that sound grates on your nerves and is awful to hear at any time, but especially early in the morning when you haven't yet woken up fully.

    (I attached a picture of one of the legs with and one without a plastic cover.)

    (The men's bathroom door also has a grating shriek when opened and probably just needs a drop of oil.)

    These chair leg caps (and a few drops of oil for the door) are probably inexpensive, but even if expensive, they would be worth it to your customers and can make the customer experience enormously better.

    Please, please, please do this, for the sake of those of us who enjoy eating in peace and quiet, and who enjoy calm, relaxing moments.

    Very nice Dunkin. Always clean. The staff are always friendly and polite. They always get my order right. They are so sweet to my toddler girls????
