It kind of smells like an old bleach rag mixed with grease and parmesan cheese.... but.... the place is actually clean.... some hardwired diffusers in with the track lights or florescents timed to spray a sent that the corporate office decides all locations across the board will use could improve the quality of the experience here for the parents. The staff probably has a high turnover rate so I'll say only that most of the people we have encountered working here are very friendly and accommodating. Yes, it can get wild and meet every stereotypical scenario ever pointed out by anyone who's ever been at tines.... but even then, the kids still seem safe and able to have a good time. Last we went, the machines that eat the paper tickets were almost all jammed... so that was a hassle when we were trying to wrap up and leave with our daughter... they should really stay more on top of that or just convert the entire system to digital like most others have. I know the kids like seeing the tickets. But if you're not going to maintain the machines, get rid of the concept and lose them completely. That incident kept us there almost 45 additional minutes longer because only 2 machines were successfully eating tickets for the kids. . They have to address that. The game selection is fair, the rides are underwhelming for most of the kids I've seen here... maybe time to conduct a study company wide to see how to improve here... the kids would be happier and I believe the company would see an increased profit. . Parking is easy, you can spot this from rt. 4 .... Bathrooms were clean, security at the entrance was attentive and competent.... not a bad spot to head on a rainy day. If you've got kids and live around the area.. it's worth stepping out for... but can use improvement now in 2019.

Good place to play some games and pass the time with your kids. My 3 year old had a great time playing all the games.

$20 lasted a couple of hours so u do get your money's worth in terms of playtime.

At the end they can select a (small) toy using the tickets the earned.

We went here for my daughter's 9th birthday. The staff was very nice and gave my kids extra tickets. The games were fun for them and I feel comfortable letting them go off on their own.

Celebrated my nieces birthday here, place is Great for kids. They have a variety of games they can enjoy and very spacious. The pizza is ok the kids tend to eat it and like it. You can booked them in advance for a party and choose between the right package for your party. Staff are nice and friendly.
