    Friendly, professional & polite staff. Immediately seated. Drinks, appetizer, entrees brought out in a timely fashion. Very delicious & bold flavors! Ambiance was great! Overall good time.

    What can you say about a chain..standard packaged/metered food that's mediocre to almost good on occasion. Staff littered with the usual indoctrinated late teen/early 20's/zombie college student types that were never taught respect or critical thinking. Typical chain restaurant.

    Compared to similar chains, Chili's delivers a fun, satisfying meal (with leftovers to take home) for less money. Especially if you sign up for rewards, and get discounted gift cards. It is a family favorite.

    I'm going to be honest. I love Chili's, I love the food, I love the atmosphere, but the food can be a little too salty at times. So, the one thing I would suggest to them is to use less salt in their food. That's all. No hard feelings? Okay. Other than all of that, Chili's will always be one of my favorite restaurants.

    Chili's is a nice place for lunch, dinner or a happy hour. The environment is casual. The menu has something for everyone from great appetizers, tacos or fajitas to ribs and salads.

    This location can be very busy depending on the time of year and the traffic at the mall.

    Service is good. The staff is friendly. The restaurant will accommodate special requests as best they can. You can have a quick meal or linger, the choice is yours.

    All in all a nice spot to satisfy a craving for Tex Mex style food.
