    I would give this place even a 4 or a 5, but I have a few issues.

    The food is great - Believe me. All the other Chinese fast food places list some of their food as "spicy" but it's never spicy. But theirs actually comes out a bit spicy, which I actually like for once.

    My issue is the last couple of times I ordered from this place, they were late by at least 30 minutes. One of those times, I had only 5 minutes left of my lunch time and had to scoff my food down.

    Two, because last night they delivered 40 minutes late, I gave no tip because I was feeling agitated as it was - Working late, extremely late delivery, cold weather, etc.. And all of a sudden, the guy demands, "TIP!" When I write "0", he starts screaming at me, "WHY NO TIP?! YOU GIVE TIP!" like giving tips is required by law.

    It's all to customer's discretion. If the customer wants to give tip, the customer gives tip. If you're going to be extremely late and demanding for tips, of course you're not getting a tip from me. Can you really be any more rude your customers?

    Delicious food and big portion. We had the chicken with mixed vegetables, pork fried rice and egg roll dinner combo. Enjoyed the food will be back for sure

    The best Chinese food in Ramsay. Definitely my favorite. They even delivered my order after they were closed just so I could eat. Love them.
