    I like that the menu has breakfast all day and lunch/dinner food. Good tasting and good service.

    Food was good and restaurant was clean. My only real ding is the amount of time to wait on a check and actually leave. Especially when I was there during a very slow hour. Need to pay attention to customers.

    New management, at least since my wife and I have visited. Vast improvments and I think it is tremendous that they have full Christmas decorations. Very refreshing to see an actual Christmas tree, with "Presents" This reflects management responsibility. The waitress service was bar none! Food came fast. Fast, fresh Coffee. I wish I can give this staff 10 stars.* * * * * * * * * *

    Stopped going to IHOP many years ago because of the terrible service and the poor attitude of its wait staff. Our opinion has been reborn with this location. Wonderful people fast service and super clean. Thank you for making us want to return. You guys we're great! Food was perfect.

    Build your own combo; 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, bacon and coffee. Waiter was clean cut and super polite. Food came quick and the atmosphere was cheerful!
