    Service always good. The Dim Sum is good, just lacking something we can't put our fingers on. The portions are large. We enjoy the beef and pan fried noodles and beef chow fun. Dim Sum in NJ has a hard time cutting it, but in NJ it's still one of the nicer Dim Sum houses.

    I was brought to Dim Sum Dynasty last night for my birthday by brother and his girlfriend - they made a great choice. We had a wonderful time. Charles the owner, greeted us and our waiter Tony was very pleasant and attentive. However, the star of the evening was the cuisine! The dishes were delicious and much more interesting than your average Chinese Restaurant. I will definitely be making the trip from NY again. What a nice place to spend your birthday.
