Bibillia

Absolutely fantastic.

I decided to take a drive over to this place from Northern Westchester because I was a huge fan of their previous location in Tarrytown (with which they are no longer associated). They did not disappoint.

The best way to describe what they offer is a kind of "Korean Chipotle".

You start at one end of the line, pick a rice, a meat/protein (which they are happy to give samples of before you commit to a bowl), add a number of vegetable options so fresh it seems like they were picked and sliced 5 minutes before you walked in, and pick a sauce which they are also willing to give samples of before you commit.

Maximum wait time from the time you walk in the door to the time you are sitting down to eat or walking out with your food is 5-10 minutes.

I got a bowl with purple rice, (Which is korean black rice and white rice mixed together and adds a really nice depth to the whole thing), spicy pork, radishes, carrots, eggs, bean sprouts and cucumbers with their house made sauce and sesame seeds on top. Absolutely delicious!

It's fast, convenient, fresh, inexpensive (about $13/person, with a soft drink) and delicious. I'm sure this will become a welcome addition Ridgewood. It deserves to be.

The food is AMAZING and the staff super friendly and helpful. My family and I are definitely going back regularly.

My family and I were “starving” for more Korean options in Ridgewood and happy that Bibillia opened. Food has been excellent. Fresh, large portions, delicious and authentic. I recommend all to get your bibimbap fix here!

Wow 10/10. The chicken teriyaki bowl is delicious. The sauce itself is amazing. Rice is so soft. Decadent. They're very nice and the food is presented very nicely! recommend!!
