Saddle Brook Diner and Cafe

Loved my cuban! Portions a great size if you like to save some for later. Always friendly, great music and good food.

The best NJ diner. You can’t go wrong picking an item off their menu, it’s all good. The place is also handicapped accessible (there’s is a large ramp on the side for wheel chairs, the injured, or elderly. There’s lots of seating too (classic booths, a bar, and tables). My dad gets the pork chops which are pretty stellar. I usually go for the breakfast foods which are good. The diner is also usually open during holidays too. For Christmas this year they were open until 3 pm.

Solid food, decent service, if it were 24 hours It would help, but all good. Staff is friendly. Bathrooms are always clean.

BBQ chicken panini is a great choice I've also enjoyed their turkey dinner (minus their green beans which are dreadful) and the Vermont ham (again, do NOT get green beans here) and they were both very good as well.

If you don't feel like paying Morton's prices at the chit chat diner down the street, saddle Brook has equal if not better food for about a third of the price. Worth checking out.

Best diner in all of North Jersey. The service is usually good but as with any diner, you occasionally get a server who is not as good. The food is however demonstrably better than the competition in the area. In fact, I drive out of my way and past other diners to eat there.
