Veggie Heaven

Great vegetarian restaurant. Wish there were more around, always reasonably priced and delicious. Even my meat-eating husband enjoyed some of the dishes which was shocking, but yes...very nice spot.

This place has quickly become one of my all time favorite restaurants. As a vegetarian I appreciate their menu is entirely vegetarian. It's also delicious. The Paradise Chicken, Curry Chicken soup. Delicious. The large avocado salad (cucumber, greens, and more) with carrot ginger dressing seals the deal and explains why I'm here once a week. Teaneck! You got a winner here! Over 20 years!

As a plant based eater I literally live in this place. Buffalo wings to die for. The spicy tuna roll will shock your tastebuds. Indian caramelized butter chicken is divine. House Special Crispy Tofu is a treat for the senses and one of my go-to choices along with the Sesame Chicken which tastes exactly like the real thing. Chicken nuggets are a treat. They are so good my meat eating roommate even eats them. I've been here/ordered from here at least like 30 times (that's just at this location) and there's still a bunch of things left for me to try. Menu is endless and pretty much everything is fantastic. If you haven't tried it you're missing out seriously

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and attended promptly. The restaurant is very hospitably, clean, and welcoming. When seatted they bring a teapot kettle. We also received our appetizers and entree quite fast we didn't have to wait long.
For appetizers I got the fried dumpling which is phenomenal... great taste. For my entree I ordered ginger chicken with string beans and white rice, great portion was served. My husband ordered the pepper steak with brown rice. He also received a great portion. Enough leftovers to take home. It's amazing how they managed to capture texture and the flavor of meat into their food. We are both non- vegan and we love love love the food here.

Absolutely amazing food and excellent customer service as well. Being vegetarian can sometimes be difficult to find good places or any vegetarian friendly places at all. Veggie Heaven is definitely an amazing place for anybody, whether you are vegetarian/vegan or not. I will be coming back very often. Also love that they have a variety of cuisines to choose from.
