Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

Food is really authentic and tasted fresh. It is very clean and the presentation was on point. The price of the food was reasonable but I think things like drinks and small sides was kind of over priced. We had 2 entrees 2 single serve bun and cheese, hot shrimp and 1 drink and it was about 70 bucks.

This location has great food and excellent service ... I am so glad they opened. BUT. I have to take one whole star (& I should maybe take more) because their staff does not wear gloves when serving and handling food. This is an issue in and of itself. However, when there is low traffic, the servers also take payments (which they did for me this morning) and handle the money - I paid with cash - and went back to serving. I wrote this in the suggestions box and haven't seen a change so I'm putting it here. Happy to modify this review if I see an improvement.

Food was absolutely amazing.. brought my girlfriend here for the first time and she loved everything she tried.. the service was just as great, and the environment is well clean and inviting.. you won't lose off this restaurant for authentic jamaican food..

MUST stop Jamaican place. I am always skeptical GK but this one has the formulae together! Everything looked appetizing and well seasoned. It was even more delicious. We came around brunch time and there were still plenty of options to eat! Know what you want as it’s easy to get overwhelmed with all the options. A must try! Will be back

Welcome Golden Krust to Teaneck. This location has a modern look compared to other locations, food display is very appealing, restuarant is very clean with dine-in seating. Staff displays professionalism. Large variety of Caribbean food with average prices. Opens everyday at 6:30am for breakfast.
