Cold Stone Creamery

The Westwood Cold Stone Creamery is outstanding. The store was clean, my order was completed on time but what was outstanding was the customer service. I spoke with Sal to order a birthday cake for my daughter, he was knowledgeable, detail oriented and customer service focused. He is a true asset to the store. I would never go to another cold stone after such a positive experience in Westwood.

I’m a big fan of their mint mint chocolate mint (or something like that). You should always order from their signature ice cream mix. Be careful also with the opening hours as on yelp, google and in person they don’t all say the same thing. I think it’s because they change their opening hours depending on the season.

The service is always good here. Just wished they had more fruit flavored ice cream.

Yum! The young lady who took care of me was very sweet and helpful. The store was clean and was not too busy at the time of my visit. When you've got to have a great summer ice cream snack, this is the place to go!
