    I just think managers need more involvement here. Today I went to pick up a call ahead order for 8. After 45 minutes, someone there tells me they aren't going to get to my order. Ever. Well I already paid for it. So they had to make it. SMH.
    Another time I went in the evening. Another young girl at the cash register told me I should leave because they are so busy and backed up. I walked out, thought about it, and went back in. I had my food in 20 minutes. So strange. Poor training is all I can think of.

    A nice big and open Panera. There is plenty of seating on the inside and they have high windows that let a lot of light in. It’s a nice place to go in the Promenade after you have been shopping for a couple hours. Their bread soup bowls are the best!
