I had a great time. Was allowed to sample some food and what I ordered was delicious. My waitress treated me as though I was a king. Great conversations with the employees. Will definitely be back.

Having lived in TX, I'm very picky about my bbq. The food was good, but their "portion" is small and there's no option to add to it. The meat should be sold by the quarter pound, and white bread should be included. The corn bread was delicious, but that's not the same thing. Also need potato salad as a side. Service was excellent, selection of sauces was nice. Restaurant was immaculate. Will def go again.

Great BBQ with 6 sauces to pick from.
(Ordering can be a little confusing at first.)

I'm partial to BBQ and I enjoyed the brisket, pulled pork and baby back ribs thoroughly.

The only thing here is when you first walk in prepare yourself for the strong scent of hickory(?). You'll leave smelling like it.

In addition ordering might be confusing the first time. You can grab a menu from the front if you want, but all you do is go to the cash register.

You order your food, find a table and wait. They should call your name.

The food is a bit pricey (Around $15-$20 per person. More like $10 if you dont want sides or a drink) but it's not unreasonable for BBQ.

The staff are quite courteous as well. Overall a good experience. The only minor downside was that the brisket came out a little bit colder than I would have liked (but it was still quite good. Very tender and juicy if you order moist).

For months we’d pass by on 73 and say “gotta go there”...yesterday we finally did. Surpassed our expectations. Staff was friendly and welcoming, food was incredible, and the place was clean. It is also a salute to veterans, service members, and first responders. The empty, but set and ready, table is a quiet but powerful statement. Looking forward to returning!

Food and service were great! The pulled pork was moist, the brisket was tasty although I prefer sliced to chopped. The jalapeno and cheddar sausage had good flavor, but the casing was a bit too hard for my liking. For sides, the coleslaw was fresh and crisp with a light amount of dressing, which is how it should be. The corn bread was fair and not remarkable in any way.

The service was top notch. The woman at the register answered all of my questions as a new customer. There was a wonderful woman floating around the dining room that was doing everything from checking on the patrons to cleaning off tables. She took the time to explain more of the menu and the history of the restaurant, and even brought me some samples of the items I inquired about. She made sure the takeout orders were all properly bagged and had the sauces we wanted to go with them. I'd easily say this is the best BBQ in the area, and I look forward to my next visit.
