(March 5, 2019, 8:35 pm)My first time visiting and definitely will not be my last. Great menu items, decent prices, friendly and helpful staff and of course GREAT FOOD. The skillets are amazing, and everything was fresh and hot. We received our orders very quickly even in the mist of a late morning rush!! It can be hard to miss from the street and the exterior is still a work in progress (as most hidden gems are) however the interior is clean, well laid out and comfortable. My new go-to spot for bunch!!

(February 19, 2019, 4:11 am)My wife kept suggesting to try out Roots Cafe. We finally stopped in on a Sunday morning for brunch. I had a porkroll, egg & cheese sandwich. What made the sandwich really unique was that it was served on a sourdough roll. For me, that absolutely made the sandwich! My wife had a Chicken Roma sandwich, which she said was delicious!
We were seated right away when we arrived around 11:45am, but a waiting line for a table formed soon after. The service was a tad on the slow side as the restaurant began to fill up. All in all, we had a good experience at Roots Cafe, and I think it's safe to say that we will be back!
