Haldi Fine Indian Cuisine

I had heard a lot about this restaurant. Finally, we decided to go check it out. We ordered samosas, palak paneer, naan, and rose lassi. Samosas were over fried and spicy. Spicy is fine since it was in the title, but the crispy pastry dough was bitter due to being over fried. Palak paneer was alright. The only flavor I got was red 🌶 from the spiciness of it. It seems like they may have used a lot of red chili powder. Fresh jalapenos might be better. Naan was ok. Half of it was nice and soft; the other half was very crispy. Rose lassi was delicious. The employees were very nice and came to check on us a few times and see if we needed anything. It's very beautiful inside. The ambiance was nice.

We had a sibling dinner. Started off with Pani Puri and Samosa Chaat. I was expecting Gol Guppe but this was different. The Samosa Chaat was good. We also had the Chicken 65.

For Entrees we kept it a little traditional 😜 Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan, and Chicken Hakka Noodles

Great flavors for everything. I would recommend it to all my friends, desi and non desi.

Absolutely incredible Indian food experience. Beautiful decor, unbelievable flavors, and wonderful service. As a bonus, the staff is so kind and really wonderful with kids. I rarely review any places I eat at, but I felt compelled because Haldi was just spectacular. Highly recommend!!

AMAZING! The service was incredible start to finish! The food was so full of flavor! We love Indian food but this felt different. You can taste every single flavor and spice at your preference of heat.
