(June 28, 2019, 12:49 am)First of all I was traveling for work when I spotted this amazing place. At 8:00 PM after a 12+ hour day I stumbled in and almost immediately started drooling; This place smells amazing. The woman at the the front counter was gracious, even attempting to get the kitchen to let me try their "hot" cajun sauce. Sadly; because all the sauces are fresh, I wasn't able to try it. I opted for medium to be safe.
Now the important part, the food is amazing. I've eaten at several cajun boil places over the years, they have all been good. This is one of the best. The medium spicy has a kick but not too much, right where you'd expect it. The prices are reasonable, the portions are good. My only regret is I didn't get blue crab. It was still pretty early in the season for those.
Note: use the gloves, use the bib, and order hot! -
