Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I personally like the water ice that is served at this shop. However, some of the workers there aren't too good at their job. Now, if there are any employees reading this, I'm sorry, but there are just a few young workers that I've seen at Rita's over the past few years. Sometimes, they serve me the wrong thing. Other times, they forgot to turn on a machine or something like that. These things normally happen when I ask for ice cream, and even though I love their flavors, I do understand that the machines are hard to operate.

The young girl working today was very nice and professional, the female manager with strawberry blonde hair, however, was not. She completely ignored customers even as a line formed so the young girl was the only one helping people. She then asked the girl a question and when the girl misunderstood her, the manager responded in a very demeaning and condescending tone.

As for the ice itself, it is not Italian ice. Being raised in a large Italian family and having been to Italy, I say this with full confidence. The "ice" is more akin to the cheap, heavily artificial slush that one can find at most gas stations for a $1, as opposed to the almost $4 this place charges for a large.

Blendini was awesome! Price was a bit high for what I got but other then that I have no complaints. I also like that it was inside seating instead of outside.
