1911 Smokehouse Willingboro

As I walked in I was instantly greeted & given a menu. Pricing is good, the food was great per usual as I frequent the original downtown Trenton location. Bartender and server was amazing also. My only request is turn the music up (it was lunchtime tho lol)

I have meaning to stop by Smokehouse for a while. I'm sorry I waited so long to have lunch here. I was greeted warmly and my order was take quickly. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious with an ample serving of fries. A server stopped by a couple of times to see how I was doing and even refilled my lemonade glass without me asking. I definitely plan on a return very soon to try the ribs.

This place needs a little work. The staff need to be lil more on point, shouldn't be correcting ppl in front of customers. Telling a customer someone only been there 2 days is not an excuse for failure that's what in-house training is for

Chicken was a tough, not juicey i expected it to fall off bone, mac n cheese was runnnnnnnnnnny like they used liquid cheese or something- there was no mix of cheese and it didnt have the nice cheese pull just bland. Sweet potatoes were good. I just don't like mine, so "mashed potato" look, but flavor was good. Corn bread tasted fishy.

Season veggies is that green stuff is, but that not it seasonal veggies Brisket was dry and not hot

Beans were overcooked, so they became mushy in the pic with the ribs

Spot has potential staff need to get it together. Tighten up, and it should be a store full of newbies.

The food was decent. I asked for chopped brisket, but I don't think that's what I received. I got two fatty pieces of meat. I don't know if this is how brisket is supposed to be, I'm just not a fan. I won't be getting the brisket again. The beans and mac and cheese could have been warmer, but they were both good. The corn bread muffin is really good and soft inside. Since they just opened, the menu options are very limited.
