(January 16, 2019, 7:31 am)I was very surprised by what I got from Soul Boat. The food was outstanding, and the customer service was just as good as the food. The staff is embraced by the community that supports them. PS: The cornbread is pretty good.

(January 2, 2019, 1:44 pm)Its a good try but not real soul food. I ordered the fried Whiting with mac n cheese and collard greens. Everything needed seasoning and you can tell it was just cooked to be eatable. True soul food has time and love in it.

(December 8, 2018, 12:12 am)I ordered the oxtails and the were tough. I didn't enjoy them. If you're going to cook soul food at least do it right. Also the corn bread needed a little sugar and butter...
