It was my first time at Falafel King and I got to say the food and service were fantastic. I got the Sam's combo, falafel, hummus, pita bread and some cocktail juices and classic sodas. Everything tasted amazing and the wait time was very short. It came with a side of garlic dip which tasted great with the meal. The employees/owners were very kind and welcoming - even nice enough to offer me a free beverage. The service and meal were overall 10/10. I will definitely be back to try everything else!
The food is GOOD. Halal. Right next to Aldi and a halal market?!?! Amazing stuff. The owner gave us a free sample of the soup when we came to pick up our food and the soup tasted amazing, we will definitely be back just to have some of the lentil soup. The portion sizes are good, everything is delicious, and the prices are reasonable.
Just a heads up, this is more of a take out place than a dine-in type of place.
This was my first time trying this place. The food is flavorful, fresh, seasoned, and delicious. The yogurt sauce is so good! The fresh salad compliments the kabobs however I wish it had a little splash of citrus or acidity on it. The falafel is a little dry but the yogurt sauce is the key to making it good. I’m glad I tried them, the service was fast, it came with utensils, the portion sizes were good. I will be ordering from here more often. Fresh food is hard to come by, this place is definitely a go to for freshness. Thank you Falafel King!
The restaurant was very clean. My food was fresh and made to order. After I placed my order, it didn’t take long to prepare the meal, but it did give me a little time to check out their grocery store next door. On my way out I grabbed some of their homemade baklava, it was delicious. I will definitely be back to both.
I was looking for a place to get kabobs from for lunch and found this restaurant right next to the Aldi in Bellmawr. Ordered the lamb chops and the falafel and OMG it was delicious . Im surprised at how affordable it was.. the lamb chops were $18.99 and the falafel was only $3.99. Just found my new favorite place!
