Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que

Enjoyed the restaurant. Employees were great. Donna was especially very good bartender & waitress that day. Mgt made sure everything was going well. Jim, James, & Darryl. ????

Our food was amazing. Our waiter was very nice to us. The girl who sat us down was very nice as well. Over all they make you feel welcomed. We will be visiting again :)

I'm a transplant from the Cincinnati area now living in South Jersey. Although South Jersey's economy basically runs on the hospitality industry, customer service falls short of my expectations almost everywhere I go in South Jersey. Famous Dave's BBQ of Cherry Hill appears to be one of the few exceptions to that!

Teres (I believe was her name?) was a super sweet waitress who helped this Famous Dave's first-timer to have an excellent dining experience! She was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, and moved quickly. My water cup never got below half-empty, and she offered a refill on the strawberry lemonade when it ran low, although I declined that offer.

For a guy who generally isn't a huge fan of BBQ, the food was phenomenal and some HUGE portions. I ordered a two-entree meal from the menu. With this meal, I had a Georgia Chopped Pork Sandwich, "hot" BBQ wings that really weren't that hot, corn on the cob (at least I knew it wasn't frozen corn!), a corn break muffin, some celery and carrots, and a loaded baked potato (that I paid a little extra for because it was an "upgrade" side).

At one point, one of the waitresses accidentally dropped a tray of dishes. The team and the general manager reacted so professionally to the situation, however, that everyone seemed to take it in stride.

Server was amazing he was very professional very friendly and fast. Food was great the brisket was exceptional the ribs also great. Has an at home comfortable atmosphere. Overall great place to go eat and have a good time with family.

Fabulous first visit! Awesome manager, Aaron and server Rachel! Service was excellent! Rachel was very attentive and pleasant. Aaron was on top of everything, making sure the clients were well taken care of and pitching in as well. The food was excellent, wonderfully seasoned, meat oh so tender and cole slaw full of flavor! Will definitely return!
