    fiesta bistro's whole lechon is amazing! called to order a lechon a couple weeks in advanced after hearing they were one of the only filipino places nearby to offer it. they called me the day before the double check and confirm the time for pick up. when i arrived they were so nice and brought the pig out right away. they also provided 2 quarts of delicious sauce to go with. the pig was the hit of our staff party! crispy and juicy, everyone loved it. will definitely be coming back!!
