I had an experience with my sandwich and I called to report it. Bryant was very helpful because he fixed it for me. However, there is a guy that cooks the burgers and he plays with his nose a lot but does not change his gloves. Very disgusting! Thankfully Bryant returned from break and cooked my food for me. I would not eat from the other guy

The people are pleasant, and the salad was fresh. The reason I give 3 stars is because there was a crew member walking in the area where the food is prepared, talking, laughing, joking around while holding a cigarette in his hand and gesturing with the hand that held the cigarette. It was about a 30 second encounter but it has stuck with me and I doubt I will return if they are that lax with how their crew is around the food. I hope he thoroughly washed his hands before returning to work.
