Clean restroom in the back, one stall, one urinal, 2 pokestops reachable from here.

Polite if not a bit quiet waitress. Calm vietnamese(?) music. Pretty quiet atmosphere when I went.

Got H1, C1, A7 summer rolls with chicken, Thai iced tea, corn drink with pandan jelly. Summer rolls came with peanut sauce.

Thai iced tea wasn't too sweet. Corn drink was interesting. Sweet, would recommend a try.

H1 with beef came with very soft, fresh French loaf with pate and vietnamese butter, and a meatball. Beef was interesting, very light. Almost like it was blanched first then cooked in sauce. Came with soy sauce with some pepper flakes.

C1 broken rice with grilled pork was good, as expected. Came with fish sauce.

    Menu at QR code.

If I am not mistaken this is one of the very few places in the area where I can get actual broken rice for this Cơm Tấm dish. The sunny side up egg was fried correctly and the egg quiche was lovely. The fish sauce to drizzle over the rice was also perfect. And although the service was great, they were a little too polite and respectful, even bowing when handing the receipt and spoke little. This is something older folks may appreciate, but would be a little strange for younger people. However this is not a fault to mark the restaurant down for.

I had lunch at Saigon Spice and was very surprised at the beautiful layout and the open atmosphere they have. I rarely see a Vietnamese restaurant this nice and the food were delicious! I tried Phở Gà, Bánh Mì and Bò Né. They were excellent!! My favorite is the chicken pho that I have never tried at any other place b4. Saigon Spice is a must try place! I have a very good feeling it will be one of the primary spot to go for dinner especially since they are in a nice plaza next to the new Asian supermarket.

Tried out the new Vietnamese restaurant next to Hung Vuong supermarket. The spring rolls and pho were delicious - I got the brisket and meat ball pho - the broth was warm and clear - and the meat was plentiful! It was clear the owners were using high quality ingredients - the meatballs were not your average store bought beef ball. Overall the pricing was quite reasonable and they their portions were plentiful. The restaurant itself was beautiful - a modern yet classic representation of Vietnamese culture.

They are in their soft opening, so we were patient and understood that they were still trying to optimize the flow of their restaurant. 5 stars for this family owned and operated business - we will come back to try the rest of the items on the menu.

We are here with some friends on a busy Sunday. The restaurant was having its soft opening. The staff was very attentive and one of the owners came over to greet us and later checked in on us. We ordered spring rolls, salt and pepper squid, pho, banh mi, and Vietnamese iced coffee. All the food was delicious, large portions and excellent quality for the price. We will definitely be back!
